Return & Exchange Policy

At La Brode, every hoodie and sweatshirt is made specially on demand to ensure premium quality and attention to detail.

We accept returns or refunds only if the issue is from our end — for example, if the fabric is damaged, cut, or has noticeable stains. In such rare cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Since each piece is custom-made, Size exchanges are not eligible for free return. A Rs. 1,000 service charge will apply, with delivery charges included.
